Carnwidden Farm is a family run business situated at the end of a long tree-lined driveway. It is surrounded by 24 acres of its own grounds, in the picturesque countryside of Cornwall, England in the UK. The farm buildings have been completely redeveloped to the highest of standards and fitted to a very high specification assuring your comfort throughout your stay.

We offer the ideal opportunity to horse owners throughout the UK to bring their horse on holiday with them! Visitors are able to explore the wide variety of scenic trails across the County and provide you with excellent facilities - so nice, in fact, your horse may not wish to go home! Experience the hacking diversity that Cornwall has to offer, from its rugged moorland paths to wooded valleys and of course the beaches - one of which is a staggering 3 miles long.

As part of our service we provide our guests with detailed maps of the Bridleways as well as numerous and varied walking and cycling routes.

For those wishing to go fishing or play a round of golf we provide a comprehensive choice of suitable, quality venues for all abilities, all within reasonable travelling distance from Carnwidden.

Accessability...

Being just off the main A394 near Falmouth, we are conveniently located to enable our guests to travel all over Cornwall with ease. However for those wishing to relax, the newly refurbished accommodation and facilities also provide the space to ' take time out ' and recharge your batteries.

Eating Out....

Being just a short walk from the village of Longdowns, the Stonemason's Arms provides traditional meals and excellent company. Alternatively you can travel further a field and try out one of Cornwall's most famous restaurant's 'The Trengilly Wartha'

Out And About In Cornwall...

The town of Falmouth with its excellent beaches and specialist shops is only a 5 minute drive away. The market town of Helston, famous for its 'Flora Day' is only a little further. Or why not visit "The Lizard" a peninsular lost in time, with old, unspoilt fishing villages ready to explore. Helford River, a lush wooded estuary with breathtaking exotic gardens and pretty waterside villages is also well worth a visit, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. There's something for everyone in Cornwall!!

Guests staying for 1 week or more can expect a complimentary 'Welcome Basket' with samples of local Cornish produce - cheeses, cottage loaves, fudge and yogurt. We also provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
